Bachelor of Science
In six-semester Bachelor's degree program, the mathematical and physical fundamentals are conveyed, as well as the wide range of Meteorology. Here are original topics such as weather analysis and forecasting as well part of studying as modern measuring methods or the development of numerical models. The interaction of atmosphere and vegetation as well as the confrontation of the current debate on climate change are also only a small part of the diverse offerings. The program completes with a Bachelor thesis in working volume of 3 months. The Bachelor's degree allows a subsequent master program studies in meteorology or a related field, as well as entry into the profession, for example, the German Weather Service.
